American Farming and American Food
Much of the focus in the main area of the pavilion is on American farming and the systems by which American foodstuffs are created and transported, but for me, the highlight was the series of short films on the ground level. Unfortunately, it's easy to miss since the entrance is in the back and not all guests proceed through the pavilion as originally planned. Fortunately, lines are typically short, so visitors without much time to spend on the site can easily see the pavilion.
In a separate area not far away (behind the pavilion, past the China Corporate Unified Pavilion), the pavilion hosts an area called Food Truck USA. The food on offer is typical American fare and plans are to change the menu during the 6-month run of the world's fair. Personally, we're hoping they'll have California-style Korean tacos soon!
